  • I offer individual video therapy for adults (18+). Clients must be physically present in a state I am licensed: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Oregon.

    • Blue Cross & Blue Shield in MA

    • For other insurances, I can provide a ‘superbill’ for help with out-of-network reimbursement.

    Out-of-pocket fees are $175 for a 55-minute session.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.

    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

    If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the legal right to dispute the bill.

    A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of costs reasonably expected at the time of the estimate; it is not a contract and does not require you to obtain services from me.

  • No — while much of my specialized training focuses on women’s mental health, I am committed to providing gender-affirming care to everyone. This includes working with men, nonbinary, and gender-diverse clients. My goal is to support anyone who feels that my specific expertise and style fits their goals.

  • Frequency of sessions depend on your availability and needs. I recommend clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum prior to moving to every other week.
